The founder of The Cross of Blue Ministries is Timothy Tate. Timothy founded the ministry as a place for Police Officers to gather and discuss a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Timothy is a veteran of the Memphis Police Department in Memphis TN and a veteran of the Carrollton Police Department in Carrollton TX. He has a Bachelors in Criminal Justice from the University of North Texas and is currently working towards a Masters in Christian Education at Dallas Baptist University. Timothy is also a licensed and ordained Police Chaplain.

The purpose of this site is to deliver the gospel to our nations police officers. It also allows them another option and escape mechanism to discuss the problems they face rather than turn to alcohol or drugs or immorality.

Your department will NEVER find out about the discussions we have. This is strictly confidential. As a matter of fact, you do not even need to reveal your real name or your department. Just KNOW that I am here to listen and Jesus is here to listen.
